A reservation will be guaranteed by a credit card number with expiration date
valid on the date of stay (cash cards, virtual bank cards
single or unfunded use can not constitute a warranty)
A deposit or prepayment of the stay may also be requested.

In case of contradiction between the booking confirmation and the general conditions,
provisions on the booking form will be the only ones applicable to the obligation in question.
pursuant to Article L. 121-20-4 of the Consumer Code, the customer is informed that he does not have the
right of withdrawal as provided for in Article L. 121-20 of the Consumer Code, since benefits
are provided on a date or at specified intervals.
The customer chooses the services offered by the Baya Hotel & Spa and acknowledges the nature,
the destination, confirmation procedures, services available and having requested and obtained the
information needed to make a reservation in full knowledge of the facts.
The customer is solely responsible for his choice of services and their suitability to their needs, so that the
responsibility Baya Hôtel & Spa can be sought in this regard.
In case of non-payment by the customer of all or part of the consumed or services ordered, Baya
Hotel & Spa deduct money owed on the credit card given as guarantee.
Conditions change and cancellation:
Any modification or cancellation of reservation in writing and will not result in any cancellation fees and
will result in the refund of amounts paid as a deposit if it occurs:
– More than 24 hours prior to arrival (excluding July and August)
– More than 5 days before the arrival in July and August
The amount of the first night of the reserved services will be charged if cancellation or modification

The total amount of the reserved services and will be fully charged if the cancellation or

In case of no show (reservation is not canceled – customer not present) the reservation will be canceled
out of time.
Change fees or cancellation will be charged to the credit card provided as collateral or
will be deducted from the amounts paid as a deposit.
Stay in the hotel:
payment is done at the latest at the time of arrival at the hotel.
In case of interruption or modification during the stay, the entire reservation is due.
The additional consumption will be settled at end of stay for customers who have left a
credit card number as security.
We accept payment in cash, Bankcard, American Express and checks ANCV holidays.
The room will be available from 15h on the day of arrival (16h in July and August), and must be vacated
noon the day of departure.
If subsequent release, the property reserves the right to charge an extra night.
An application for extension of stay will be subject to availability of Baya Hotel & Spa.
In case of non availability of the institution or in case of force majeure, the Baya Hotel & Spa reserves the
ability to accommodate fully or partially clients in a nearby hotel and Category
equivalent for similar benefits.
The costs associated with the transfer by taxi staying at the hotel load, the establishment will not be prosecuted
payment of any compensation.
